SOFTWARE. BY INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE YOU INDICATE
YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THISAGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT OR
AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL OR USE THIS
SOFTWARE!

This License Statement and Limited Warranty constitutes a legal agreement
between you and "PF" Ltd for the software product identified above, including
any software, media, and accompanying on-lineor printed documentation.

Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, PF
grants you the right to use the software in the manner provided below.

This software, including documentation, source code, object code and/or
additional materials is owned by PF.

Without the express permission of PF, you may not (a) use, copy, modify, alter
or transfer, electronically or otherwise, the software or documentation except
as expressly permitted in this License Agreement, or (b) translate, reverse
program, disassemble, decompile or otherwise reverse engineer the software.

This license is personal to you. You may not sublicense, lease, sell, or
otherwise transfer the software or any of the accompanying documentation to any
other person. You may use the software only for your own personal use if you are
an individual, or for your own internal business purposes if you are a business.

This license applies to the full version of MobileSync. If you are using an
evaluation version of MobileSync, see the section titled "Evaluation License"
below.

The license is issued to the name of the Lotus Notes programs user and to the
name of the Lotus Notes server, in which the user is registered. The usage of
software is permited only for this user and only on this server. A full license
is ensured by special licensation file, which can be ordered at the address:

The full license gives the rights to employ all the functions for an unlimited
time and without the limitations imposed by an evaluation license.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY PF ``AS IS'' AND ANY EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
PF BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES;

CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE

SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGE.

*** EVALUATION LICENSE ***

The license is issued to the name of the Lotus Notes program痴 user and the name
of its server, in which the user is registered. The usage of software is
permited only for this user and only on this server. The evaluative license
allows the user to employ the software with the following limitations:

The term of validity for an evaluative license: 30 days
The maximum number of the program痴 starts: 50 starts
The maximum number of synchronizations: 150 synchronizations

After any of the limitations has expired, the exploitation of the software is
prohibited.
